SAIFA is strategically founded to operate as both a national AI innovation accelerator and a regional-European connector to the broader EuroHPC and EU AI ecosystem. Networking and interoperability are at the heart of SAIFA. The project emphasizes collaboration with EuroHPC AI Factories, EuroHPC Competence Centres (NCCs), Centres of Excellence (CoEs), AI Testing and Experimentation Facilities (TEFs), the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs), and platforms such as the European AI-on-Demand and the Alliance for Language Technologies (ALT-EDIC).
Human Capital, Talent Pipeline, and University Engagement
SAIFA provides direct access to a highly skilled team of AI researchers, engineers, and HPC specialists, drawn from Serbia's leading academic and technical institutions (ETF, IPB, IMP, IVI, FSUKG, IMGGE) and the AMRES national academic network. These experts will deliver and continuously refine SAIFA's training activities, ensuring they remain aligned with evolving AI standards and technological advancements.
