The SAIFA AI Industry database records 76 ecosystem enablers: 34 hubs, incubators, accelerators and clusters, 32 community and advocacy organisations, 7 funds and 3 public institutions. Science and technology parks in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš and Čačak form the institutional backbone, complemented by the ICT Hub, the Belgrade Data Innovation Hub, the Vojvodina ICT Cluster, the ICT Cluster of Central Serbia, the Center for Digital Transformation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, and regional startup centres.
